Project Management of multiple projects with aim of exceeding technical, commercial, logistical, product cost, project profitability and timeframe objectives.
Major Projects included development of an electro mechanical Automatic Gate Opener product from initial market research through to product launch including raising Capital Expenditure Application (CEA), producing product specification, management of contract tendering, prototype verification, hand-over to production, patent application, Commercial, Manufacturing & Development contract negotiation and marketing & customer liaison.(Approx Budget $500,000)
